Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 27, 2026, recommended a Final Dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (125%) of face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days of its declaration at the ensuing 121st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
TDS Provisions and Shareholder Requirements
FOR ALL SHAREHOLDERS - UPDATION OF DETAILS
All shareholders are required to ensure the following information is completed and/or updated in their demat accounts (for electronic holdings) or with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the Company's RTA (for physical holdings):
- Valid Permanent Account Number (PAN)
- Residential status as per the Income Tax Act (Resident or Non-Resident for Tax Year 2026-27)
- Category of the Shareholder (Mutual Fund, Insurance Company, AIF Categories, Government, FPI/FII, Individual, HUF, Firm, LLP, AOP, BOI, Artificial Juridical Person, Trust, Domestic Company, etc.)
- Email Address
- Residential Address
TDS RATES FOR RESIDENT SHAREHOLDERS

Important Notes and Deadlines
- As per SEBI Notification dated November 18, 2025, dividends will be paid only through electronic mode
- Dividends will be withheld where bank details are inadequate or not registered for electronic remittance
- Shareholders holding physical shares must register PAN and KYC details with the Company/RTA
- Shareholders holding demat shares must update bank details with their Depository Participant(s)
- PAN must be linked with Aadhaar as per Section 262(6) of Income Tax Act, 2025, otherwise PAN may be considered invalid
- For shareholders with multiple accounts under different status/category with single PAN, higher applicable tax rate will be applied to entire holding
- All documents must be submitted by Thursday, September 10, 2026, to MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. at https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/formsreg/submission-of-Form-121-41.html
- No communication on tax determination/deduction will be entertained after September 10, 2026
Additional Provisions
- Declaration under Rule 203 (Erstwhile Form 37BA) required for intermediaries/stock-brokers holding shares for beneficial members
- Form 121 (Erstwhile Form 15G/15H) can be submitted only if shareholder's income tax payable on estimated total income for Tax Year 2026-27 is NIL
- In case of joint shareholders, the first-named shareholder must furnish requisite documents
- TDS credit will be visible in Form 168 (Erstwhile 26AS) for shareholders with valid PAN
