Voting Process
Voting was conducted through electronic means (remote e-voting) as well as through physical poll. Mrs. P.V. Lakshmi Rajani (M.No: 18882 & CP No: 22972), Company Secretary in Practice, was appointed as the Scrutinizer. The results of e-voting will be declared in consolidation with the outcome of physical poll, and consolidated voting results along with the Scrutinizer's Report shall be submitted to the Stock Exchange and placed on the company website.
