Photoquip India's Board approved the appointment of Ms. Vrinda Binani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 8th May 2026.
The Board formally accepted the resignation of CS Aishwarya Anil Lohkare from the same post, effective close of business on 30th April 2026.
Ms. Binani was also designated as a Key Managerial Personnel of the company from her appointment date.
