Pidilite Industries allotted 660,480 equity shares to employees under its ESOP-2016 scheme, comprising 657,480 shares at par and 3,000 shares at ₹1,195.38.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from 1,017,879,688 to 1,018,540,168 shares.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
