Pidilite Allots 9,060 ESOP Shares at Par and Premium

Pidilite Industries allotted 9,060 equity shares under its ESOP-2016 plan to eligible employees.
Shares were allotted at two prices: 6,060 at par and 3,000 at a premium of Rs. 1195.38 per share.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital to 1,017,775,348 equity shares.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
