Pidilite Completes Buildnext Divestment to JSW One

Transaction Details

Pidilite Industries Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PVPL), has completed the transfer of its entire shareholding in Buildnext Construction Solutions Private Limited (Buildnext) to JSW One Platforms Limited (JSW One). The transaction was executed pursuant to a Share Swap Agreement entered into between PVPL, JSW One, Buildnext and other parties.

Consideration and Valuation

In consideration of the share transfer, PVPL has been issued equity shares of JSW One. The transaction was completed at a mutually agreed valuation, though specific valuation details have not been disclosed for confidentiality reasons.

Completion Date and Status Change

The transaction was completed on July 1, 2026. As a result of this transaction, Buildnext has ceased to be an associate company of PVPL.
