Pidilite Ventures Buildnext Share Swap JSW One

Pidilite subsidiary PVPL enters share swap agreement to transfer its entire stake in Buildnext to JSW One Platforms in exchange for JSW One shares.
PVPL will additionally invest up to ₹22 crore in Buildnext by subscribing to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).
The transaction completion is subject to customary conditions and is expected by 10th August 2026.
Buildnext reported revenue of ₹18.38 crore and net loss of ₹9.11 crore for FY25.
