Pil Italica Lifestyle Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The meeting will consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026. The Board may also discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all specified designated persons mentioned under the code was closed from October 1, 2026 onwards and will remain closed until October 23, 2026.
