The Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting of Pine Labs Limited is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (IST)
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means (VC / OAVM)
The meeting is being held in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

The Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting will be sent by electronic mode to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (KFin Technologies Limited) or Depository Participants
For members without registered email addresses, a letter containing the website link for accessing the Integrated Annual Report will be sent to their registered address
The Annual Report and AGM Notice will also be made available on the Company's website, KFin's website, and stock exchange websites
