• Pine Labs Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Shopflo Technologies Private Limited (\"Shopflo\") on June 10, 2026.
• The acquisition was effected by purchasing shares from the existing shareholders of Shopflo.
• This acquisition was previously approved by the Board of Directors, as disclosed on April 25, 2026.
• Consequent to the completion, Shopflo has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pine Labs Limited effective June 10, 2026.
