Pioneer Embroideries Limited held its 34th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 20th August, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM) in compliance with MCA circulars dated 5th May, 2020 and subsequent circulars through 22nd September, 2025.
Attendance
All Directors and Chairman of the Board Committees were present. Mr. Sanjay Dholakia from M/s. Sanjay Dholakia & Associates (Secretarial Auditor) and Mr. Mahesh Bhageria & Ms. Poorvi Bhageria from M/s. M B A H & CO (Statutory Auditor) attended. Total 52 members including 01 body corporate were present.
Meeting Conduct
Mr. Raj Kumar Sekhani and Mr. Saurabh Maheshwari (for agenda items where Mr. Sekhani was interested) chaired the meeting. The Company Secretary briefed members about Companies Act, 2013 provisions, LODR regulations, and meeting procedures.
Voting Details
Remote e-voting was conducted from Monday, 17th August, 2026 (9:00 a.m. IST) to Wednesday, 19th August, 2026 (5:00 p.m. IST). Insta-voting was conducted during the AGM for 15 minutes for members who had not voted remotely. Mr. Sanjay Dholakia (FSC: 2655, CP: 1798) was appointed as Scrutinizer for e-voting.
Resolutions Passed
Three ordinary resolutions were approved:

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Sekhani (DIN: 00102843) who retired by rotation
3. Re-appointment and remuneration payment to M/s. D S A & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditor for financial year ending 31st March, 2026
