Pioneer Investcorp Acquires ₹78L Associate Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Limited subscribed to 7,80,000 equity shares of associate Pioneer Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Private Limited via a Rights Issue on 27th March 2026.
Total cash consideration paid for the acquisition was ₹78,00,000 at face value of ₹10 per share at par; post-acquisition holding stands at 14.58%.
Pioneer Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Private Limited is an IRDAI-licensed composite broker with FY2024-25 turnover of ₹10,458.89 lakhs, growing from ₹8,118.13 lakhs in FY2022-23.
