Piramal Pharma Solutions Completes 200+ Audits, Secures 70+ Regulatory Approvals
Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization and part of Piramal Pharma Ltd, announced on June 22, 2026 that it completed more than 200 customer audits and received over 70 approvals from regulatory agencies across its worldwide network during the past fiscal year. The company said the strong outcomes reflect its long‑range quality strategy, which is built around robust governance, a pervasive quality culture, workforce development, process harmonization, and digital transformation to sustain compliance, maintain continuous audit readiness, and drive operational effectiveness.
Key components of the strategy include predictive quality tools that assess site readiness and compliance health, and the RESOLVE (REsolute to SOLVE Deviations) program that promotes right‑first‑time execution in manufacturing and Quality Control laboratories. RESOLVE incorporates concurrent batch record review, site‑wide quality ownership, shop‑floor quality oversight, and heightened operational vigilance. Specialized training programmes have also been rolled out to improve audit readiness, regulatory engagement, and decision‑making capabilities.
Digital initiatives further reinforce quality processes: the eLab platform digitises QC laboratories and automates testing, reducing errors while improving predictability and turnaround times; exForms digitises GxP forms to support ALCOA compliance, enhance accessibility, accelerate approvals, and sustain audit readiness; and iAssist, a validated human‑in‑the‑loop AI‑enabled investigation tool, structures investigation outputs, improves consistency, and cuts manual effort. These tools complement already‑digitised Quality Management System (QMS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System (DMS) platforms that have been operational for several years.
"At Piramal Pharma Solutions, quality is integral to everything we do," said Rashida Najmi, Chief Quality Officer of PPS. "Our focus is on building quality into everyday operations so that audit readiness is sustained, not episodic. That discipline helps us deliver the consistency and reliability our customers expect."
