Piramal Pharma Limited announces the resumption of operations at its manufacturing facilities located at Plot Nos. 18 and 19 – PHARMEZ - Pharmaceutical Special Economic Zone, Village Matoda, Sarkhej Bawla, NH 8A, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad - 382 213, Gujarat, India. The operations were previously temporarily suspended due to exceptionally heavy rainfall and flooding across parts of Gujarat, as communicated in the company's disclosure dated 24th July, 2026.

Operations have resumed across substantially all areas of the facilities, with only limited restoration and recommissioning activities ongoing in certain sections.
