Key Changes Effective 22nd October 2026

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22nd October 2026 approved the following changes:

1. Re-designation of Shri Sandip Agarwala

  • Current Designation: COO – Motor & Generator Components Business
  • New Designation: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
  • Age: 50 years
  • Experience: Over 13 years at Pitti Engineering Limited
  • Qualifications: Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
  • Profile: Seasoned business leader with extensive experience in business strategy, operations, marketing, and business development. Joined the Company in May 2013 and played a key role in driving operational growth, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the Motor & Generator Components Business.
  • New Responsibilities: Will support the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Company, leveraging operational expertise and industry experience to drive sustainable growth and value creation.

2. Re-designation of Shri Chaitra Sundaresh

  • Current Designation: Deputy Chief Operating Officer
  • New Designation: COO – Motor & Generator Components Business
  • Age: 48 years
  • Qualifications: Commerce graduate
  • Experience: Over two decades in electrical laminations and manufacturing industry with expertise in manufacturing operations, business management, and customer engagement
  • Association with Company: Deputy Chief Operating Officer since May 2024
  • Contributions: Played a key role in strengthening manufacturing capabilities, driving operational excellence, and supporting integration and growth initiatives.

3. Promotion of Shri Avinash Arun Patil

  • Previous Position: President – Maharashtra Operations
  • New Designation: Deputy Chief Operating Officer
  • Age: 44 years
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, tailor-made e-MBA (AYEP)
  • Experience: Over 24 years in operations management, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, cost transformation, and business leadership across industrial and motor manufacturing sectors
  • Joined Company: May 2024
  • Previous Experience: Held leadership positions at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited including Business Head - Stampings Division and SCM Head - Motor Business
  • Status: Consequent to promotion, shall form part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
