The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Additionally, the company confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company remains closed for Designated/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the company's previous communication dated June 25, 2026 and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
