PMC Fincorp Director Designation Changed to Non-Executive

PMC Fincorp's Board approved change in designation of Mr. Puneet Arora from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective April 01, 2026.
The change is subject to shareholder approval via Postal Ballot; Mr. Arora's tenure continues until February 16, 2031.
Board also appointed M/s A. K. Choudhary & Associates as Scrutinizer and NSDL for remote e-voting for the Postal Ballot process.
