PMC Fincorp Proposes Puneet Arora as Non-Executive Director

PMC Fincorp Limited has issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Puneet Arora as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
The remote e-voting period for shareholders to vote on the resolution is scheduled from April 7, 2026, to May 6, 2026, with results to be announced by May 8, 2026.
The appointment follows Mr. Arora's initial appointment as an Executive Director in February 2026 and a subsequent change in his designation to Non-Executive Director in April 2026.
