Punjab National Bank (PNB) announced changes in senior management roles, effective April 4, 2026, as per SEBI LODR regulations.
Four senior executives, including Sanjay Gupta and Rajesh Prasad, have been reassigned to new roles within the bank.
The changes are part of an internal restructuring, with each executive bringing over two decades of experience to their new positions.
