The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled on Saturday, 18th July, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited/Reviewed Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY2027).

Trading Window Closure Details

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Bank remains closed. The closure period began on 01st July, 2026 (as previously intimated via communication dated 25th June, 2026) and will now remain closed until 20th July, 2026.
