PNB Housing Finance Board to Consider FY26 Dividend

PNB Housing Finance Ltd. pre-intimates its Board meeting scheduled for April 20, 2026.
The Board will consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY26.
A proposal for recommending a dividend for the financial year 2025-26 will be placed before the Board.
