PNC Infratech Limited received a Letter of Intent dated July 31, 2026 from Airports Authority of India (AAI) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand. The contract price is ₹302.44 Crore (Rupees Three Hundred Two Crore and Forty-Four Lakhs only) excluding GST.

Airside Works:
- Extension and Strengthening of Runway
- Apron, Taxiways, Isolation Bay, RESA
