Nature of Disclosure: Intimation of Board Meeting for quarterly financial results approval

Purpose: To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report.
Regulatory Reference: This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Window Closure
Closure Period: The trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company remains closed from 15th October, 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
Affected Parties: All designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company.
Expected Reopening: The Trading Window will reopen on Thursday, 5th November, 2026 (48 hours after the November 3rd board meeting).
Previous Communication Reference: The trading window closure was initially communicated via letter dated 25th September, 2026.
