Polycab Allots 12,175 ESOP Shares Under 2018 Scheme

Polycab India Limited announced the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018. The Finance and Operations Committee, at its meeting held on July 06, 2026, approved the allotment of 12,175 equity shares to eligible employees. These shares have a face value of ₹10 each and were issued to employees who exercised their options under the Polycab Employee Stock Option Performance Scheme 2018.
