Polycab India Limited's Scheme of Amalgamation with Uniglobus Electricals and Electronics Private Limited became effective on March 27, 2026.
Both companies filed the certified copy of NCLT's February 27, 2026 order with the respective Registrar of Companies on March 27, 2026.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, confirming the merger is now operative.
