Polycab Re-appoints Two Independent Directors for New Terms

Polycab India's board approved the re-appointment of two independent directors for new terms, subject to shareholder approval.
Ms. Sutapa Banerjee is re-appointed for a 2-year term, and Mr. Bhaskar Sharma for a 4-year term, effective mid-May 2026.
The board confirmed the directors are not debarred by SEBI and the appointments are pending shareholder approval via postal ballot.
