Polymechplast Machines Limited has disclosed the resignation of Mr. Chirag Sureshbhai Shah (DIN: 10688506) from his position as Independent Director of the Company.
The resignation was tendered via letter dated 7th August, 2026 and took effect immediately from that date. The stated reason for resignation is health issues which require the director's complete attention and prevent him from effectively discharging his duties.
Consequent to his resignation as Independent Director, Mr. Shah ceased to be the Chairman/Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company with effect from 7th August, 2026.
