Board Meeting Outcomes
The company has dispatched a corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 12, 2026. The resolution under Item No. 1 & 2 of the Postal Ballot Notice relates to the issuing of Equity Shares & Equity Share Warrants on a preferential basis.
Other Operational / Legal / Strategic Disclosures
The company has voluntarily obtained a valuation report in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, for the proposed preferential issue. All other contents of the Postal Ballot Notice and the Explanatory Statement remain unchanged, save and except as modified by this Corrigendum.
The Corrigendum dated June 04, 2026, forms an integral part of the Postal Ballot Notice. Shareholders who have already cast their votes through remote e-voting prior to the issuance of this Corrigendum and who wish to raise concerns may communicate with the Scrutinizer at skjaincs1944@gmail.com. Shareholders who desire to revise or change their vote in light of this Corrigendum may submit a request by email to the Scrutinizer before the conclusion of the e-voting period.
The Corrigendum is available on the websites of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the company's website at https://rajoilmillsltd.com/investor, and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
Remote e-Voting Process
The remote e-voting facility is being provided through KFin Technologies Limited (KFintech). Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners as of the cut-off date of May 29, 2026, are entitled to vote.
The remote e-voting period commences on June 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM (IST) and ends on July 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST). Members can vote at https://evoting.kfintech.com.
The results of the remote e-voting will be declared on or before July 6, 2026. The results will be displayed on the company's registered office and corporate office notice boards, along with the Scrutinizer's report. The results will also be posted on the company's website www.polyplex.com, KFintech's website https://evoting.kfintech.com, and communicated to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
