Poonawalla Fincorp allotted ₹155 crore in subordinated Tier II NCDs via private placement on April 24, 2026.
The 10-year NCDs carry an 8.4308% annual coupon and will be listed on BSE's debt market segment.
Allotment was approved by the Finance Committee under SEBI Listing Regulations 30 and 51.
The issue includes a ₹150 crore base size and a ₹5 crore green shoe oversubscription option.
