The 42nd Annual General Meeting was held on Friday, 28th August 2026. Shareholders passed an ordinary resolution approving the appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP (formerly known as MSKA & Associates) as statutory auditors of the company.
Term of Appointment
The auditors will hold office for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting (28th August 2026) until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting to be held in the financial year 2031-32.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be fixed by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the company.
Reason for Change
The change in auditor is due to the expiry of the term of the existing auditor as provided under Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
