Power Finance Corporation Appoints Two New Directors

• Shri V. Packirisamy appointed as Director (Commercial) with effect from 02.06.2026, pursuant to Order No. F.No.24-8/1/2021-PFC (MoP) dated 02.06.2026
• Shri Pankaj Gupta appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director with effect from 22.06.2026, pursuant to Order No. F.No.46/2/2010-RE(Vol.II)(Part-4)(Part-I) dated 22.06.2026
