Qualifications and experience: Mrs. Vasundhara Sinha is a distinguished 1988-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) who retired as the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. She has extensive experience in administrative, financial, and regulatory domains, having served as Director General of Income Tax (Investigation) overseeing operations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Odisha. She also served as Additional Director General of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and has attended specialized courses at Harvard University, Syracuse University, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, and NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
Eligibility and compliance: Mrs. Sinha has not been debarred from holding office of director by any Order passed by SEBI or any other authority. She is not related to any of the current Directors of the Company.
Approval process: The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution passed on June 20, 2026.
