Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has disclosed a key management appointment through a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
The Ministry of Power, Government of India, issued Order No. 25-11/7/2025-PG dated 30.10.2026, appointing Shri Pankaj Pandey, currently Executive Director at POWERGRID, to the position of Director (Operations) of the company.
The appointment is effective from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, which is scheduled to occur on or after 01.12.2026. The tenure will continue until Shri Pandey's superannuation date of 30.06.2030, or until further orders from the Ministry of Power, whichever occurs earlier.
The company has stated that further details regarding this appointment will be communicated in due course, following Shri Pankaj Pandey's assumption of charge.
