POWERGRID has successfully commissioned the project "Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from potential RE zone in Khavda Area of Gujarat under Phase IV (7 GW) - Part E4" with effect from 21st June, 2026.
The project commissioning was executed in compliance with Regulation 5(1) of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 and Regulation 27(1)(c)(i) of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2023.
The company received the DOCO (Date of Commercial Operation) confirmation dated 13th July, 2026 via email on 14th July, 2026. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
The project represents significant infrastructure development for renewable energy evacuation from the Khavda region of Gujarat, supporting the evacuation of 7 GW of renewable power under Phase IV of the development plan.
