Nature of change: Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel) of POWERGRID, has been entrusted with an additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) of POWERGRID.
Effective date: The additional charge is effective from 01st July, 2026.
Tenure: The additional charge is for a period of 3 (three) months or until a regular incumbent is posted, whichever is earlier.
Authority: The assignment is made in terms of Ministry of Power (MoP) Order dated 27th June, 2026.
Assumption of charge: Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi has assumed additional charge of Director (Finance) w.e.f. 01st July, 2026.
