POWERGRID Wins Fatehgarh-II Synchronous Condensers Project

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has been declared as the successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) for establishing an Inter-State Transmission System. The specific project involves "Installation of 2 Nos. of Synchronous Condensers (SynCon) units at 765/400/220kV Fatehgarh-II PS" which will be executed on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.

The project scope comprises the installation and commissioning of 2 number of Synchronous Condensers (SynCon) at Fatehgarh-II PS along with associated bays.

The company received the Letter of Intent (LoI) for this project on 17th July, 2026. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
