Page 79 - Annexure-I to the Board's Report (Management Discussion and Analysis – Key Financial Ratios):

  • The Operating Profit Margin (%) figures have been corrected. The corrected values are:
  • FY 2026: 12.83% (previously reported incorrectly)
  • FY 2025: 13.02%
  • YoY change (%): (1.49%)

Page 84 - Annexure-III to the Board's Report (Report on Corporate Governance - Table A):

  • The number of directorships in other public companies held by Mr. Maheswar Sahu has been corrected to 9 instead of 10.

In addition to the specified changes, certain other inadvertent typographical errors have been corrected throughout the document. The company states that these corrections do not change the substance or meaning of the relevant disclosures.
