1. Appointment of Additional Independent Director

The Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Meeta Makhan (DIN: 07135150) as an Additional Director (Independent) based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

She is an alumna of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and has held senior leadership positions with leading global financial institutions including Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Bank of America, and IDFC Bank.
