Praana Group announced completion of acquiring Multi-Chem, now operating as Sterling MultiChem within Sterling Specialty Chemicals platform.
The deal expands Praana’s specialty chemicals platform and adds energy‑sector capabilities, combining manufacturing expertise with Multi‑Chem’s field services.
Vishal Goenka, Vice Chairman, said the acquisition aligns with Praana’s long‑term strategy of technology leadership and customer partnerships.
Integration will maintain operational continuity for Sterling MultiChem while leadership seeks synergies, technology development, and long‑term growth.
