The company has availed remote e-voting and venue e-voting services from M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd.). The e-voting schedule is as follows:
- Commencement of e-voting: Friday, 04th September, 2026 from 09:00 a.m. IST onwards
- End of e-voting: Monday, 07th September, 2026 till 05:00 p.m. IST
- Result declaration: Within two working days from the conclusion of the AGM by the Chairman
