Trading Window Status

In continuation of the disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated March 27, 2026, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct:

• The trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed since April 1, 2026
• The closure is for the purpose of declaration of the financial results
• The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of the Audited Financial Results
