On June 19, 2026, MG SELECT announced that celebrated Indian actor, filmmaker and dance icon Prabhu Deva received the MG M9 Presidential Limousine at his residence in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The delivery coincides with Prabhu Deva’s ongoing work on a fantasy epic slated for release in thirteen languages, alongside several Tamil and Telugu projects.
Vehicle Features and Specifications
The MG M9 is positioned as a flagship luxury offering. Its Presidential Seats provide 16‑way adjustment, eight distinct massage modes, heating and ventilation functions, and are described as the only seats in India choreographed with the precision of a Prabhu Deva dance routine. The cabin includes a yacht‑style dual sunroof, ambient lighting, Cognac Brown leather upholstery, intelligent armrest controls and flexible storage solutions. An immersive 13‑speaker premium sound system equipped with a sub‑woofer and amplifier is highlighted for delivering a rich audio experience.
Externally, the limousine is available in Pearl Lustre White, Metal Black and Concrete Grey, featuring a bold trapezoidal grille, split LED headlamps, waterfall‑inspired taillights and 19‑inch ContiSeal™ tyres. Constructed from ultra‑high‑strength steel, the vehicle incorporates seven airbags, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and has achieved 5‑star safety ratings from both EURO NCAP and ANCAP.
Performance figures include a maximum output of 245 PS and torque of 350 Nm, delivering effortless acceleration while maintaining refinement.
Sales Performance and Market Availability
MG reports that more than 2,000 units of the MG M9 have been sold within the first ten months since its launch. The model is currently available for experience and booking at fifteen MG SELECT Experience Centres located across fourteen key Indian cities.
