Mr. Pradeep Poddar resigned as Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of Tasty Bite Eatables Limited effective 31 March 2026.
Poddar cited completion of three years as Chairman since December 2022 as the sole reason for his retirement.
The company accepted his resignation on 12 February 2026 and filed disclosure under SEBI Regulation 30 and SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023.
