Prag Bosimi Chairman Changed by Assam Government

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd. files a Regulation 30 disclosure intimating a change in its Chairman and Nominee Director.
Shri Hivare Nisarg Gautam, IAS, replaces Shri Megha Nidhi Dahal as Chairman effective 19th May 2026 per a Govt. of Assam order.

The new Chairman submitted his MBP-1 form disclosing his interest as Managing Director of Assam Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation Ltd.
