Praj Industries Appoints Sachin Raole Joint MD & CFO

Praj Industries Board approved a Postal Ballot Notice for shareholder approval of Mr. Sachin Raole's appointment as Joint Managing Director & CFO.
The proposed appointment is for a five-year term, effective from 30th April 2026 to 29th April 2031.
The company will file the formal Postal Ballot Notice with the stock exchanges in due course.
