Prakash Pipes Limited has provided an update regarding its investment in BECIS Solar 3 Private Limited (BECIS). This disclosure is made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company refers to its earlier intimation dated 18th December 2025 regarding the proposed acquisition of 26% equity share capital of BECIS. This investment was undertaken in compliance with the Electricity Rules, 2005, for the development and construction of a solar power project to supply power to the company.
On 9th June, 2026, pursuant to the terms of the agreement and by way of right issue, the company has been allotted 1,30,23,152 fully paid-up equity shares of BECIS. Each share has a face value of ₹1.
Consequent to this allotment, the company has invested an amount of ₹1,30,23,152 in BECIS. The company's shareholding continues to represent exactly 26% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of BECIS, in accordance with the requirements of the Electricity Rules, 2005.
