The 35th Annual General Meeting of Prakash Steelage Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th September, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference facility/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
