Delivery Schedule

Contractual Terms & Conditions

Performance Security:

  • Performance Bank Guarantee @10% of PO value (₹3.35 crore) required within 30 days of PO issuance
  • PBG must be from a Scheduled Bank and cover warranty period plus four months
  • 15% penal interest per annum for delay beyond 30 days
  • Insurance Surety Bond (Form no. 9 of Chapter-6) accepted as alternative

Warranty Terms:

  • For SOR-A: 36 months from date of Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC)
  • For SOR-B: 36 months from date of delivery

Payment Terms:

For Schedule of Supply (A):

  • 75% payment upon material receipt and inspection
  • 15% payment after successful installation and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
  • 5% payment on Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC)
  • 5% payment on Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC)

For Schedule of Supply (B):

  • 100% payment on material receipt and inspection

For AMC Services:

  • Quarterly payments after successful completion of services

Documentation Requirements: Valid tax invoice, delivery challan/E-way bill, packing list, inspection certificate, consignee receipt, warranty certificate, insurance certificate, PBG submission, and equipment certification.

Tax Compliance: All taxes included in order value with proper break-up required in invoices for input credit availing.
