Pratik Panels Board Approves ₹40.25 Crore Rights Issue

Pratik Panels Limited's board approved a rights issue to raise up to ₹40.25 crore from eligible shareholders.
The board approved the Draft Letter of Offer for submission to BSE to seek in-principle approval for the issue.
A Rights Issue Committee was constituted to finalize terms including record date, issue price, and entitlement ratio.
The meeting was held on 7th May 2026 and concluded within one and a half hours at the company's registered office.
