The meeting, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, July 06, 2026. The reason for the postponement is the pending receipt of in-principle approval from the stock exchanges for the company's proposed Rights Issue.
The agenda for the rescheduled meeting remains unchanged. The Committee is slated to consider and approve matters related to the proposed Rights Issue, including fixing the record date, determining the issue price, and setting the entitlement ratio. The meeting may also consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
